Join Little Bear on a brave winter adventure to collect enough dreams to carry him through a long hibernation. This enchanting musical tale combines live piano, engaging narration and playful animations into a cozy, family-friendly experience.Amid the hush of oncoming winter, Big Bear and Little Bear prepare for their long winter sleep, but Little Bear fears he might run out of dreams. Setting off into a gently falling snow, he uncovers visions of joy, reunion and steadfast hope, each brought to life through evocative new compositions and spirited narration. A pianist animates fresh music themes while a narrator guides young audiences through the unfolding tale, enhanced by vibrant digital animations that stir the imagination. Beloved interludes—from Chopin’s lively Minute Waltz to Florence Price’s Ticklin’ Toes and the Sherman Brothers’ lullaby Hushabye Mountain—offer familiar moments of delight. With interactive songs and a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere, this production invites families to participate and discover the magic of live music, storytelling and animation together.
