Overview
This tour offers you the opportunity to discover the amazing sights of Barcelona's coastline. You will experience a cultural, adventurous and pleasurable tour by the sea. The tour kicks off at the Port Vell, an integrated space where history meets the modern era. You will visit Barceloneta’s neighborhood, the old fishermen and sailors district, where you can still smell the salt and feel the maritime atmosphere. The beach of Barceloneta is not only one of the most popular and animated beaches during the daytime, but also during nightfall. You will then keep on pedaling towards the Olympic Port, built for the Olympic Games in 1992. It is perfectly situated with the two Towers and the immense Golden Fish (Frank Gehry).This bike tour takes you past different beaches until you reach the Forum (Universal Cultures Forum). On our way back, you will pass through the neighborhood of Poblenou, which was the industrial center of Barcelona in the 19th century. Today, present and past coexist in perfect harmony as you can see in the 22@ technological district. You will also pass through the Olympic Villa, where all of the Olympic athletes stayed in 1992 and you will end up in the beautiful Ciutadella Park. We will take you along a safe route with little traffic, following bicycle lanes and 30km/h zones, which is safe for everyone. Our experienced and knowledgeable guides will show you the city and help you discover its history. We will make stops to tell you more about the different sites and give you the opportunity to fully enjoy them, by taking pictures and making unforgettable memories.
