Overview
Make fresh pasta, meat sauce and béchamel sauce needed to prepare the most delicious lasagna you will ever taste. Back home you will amaze your friends and relatives with one of the finest dishes in Italian cuisine!Completing the course will be the making of one of the best Italian desserts (panna cotta, tiramisu, chocolate pudding)After the preparations are finished, you will finally be able to enjoy the authentic flavor while tasting some excellent Chianti wine paired with lunch. At the end of the class you will receive recipes to reproduce at home with your friends and family.Your dietary needs are not a problem for us: our classes are also vegetarian, vegan, gluten and/or lactose-free upon request and with ingredients that are always local, fresh and in season.
