Typical market and Tuscan cooking class with lunch

Overview

Upon your arrival we will immediately go to a typical Tuscan market. Your guide will teach you how to recognize the best raw materials and what's best in the market that day, favoring Km 0 and typically Tuscan products; once you've chosen the products, we'll return to the kitchen ready to become chefs!You will discover, step by step, how to prepare a perfect Tuscan meal, from appetizers to desserts, including the art of making fresh pasta. You will learn how to cook different types of pasta such as ravioli, tagliatelle and gnocchi. Our chef will also teach you the secrets of the best sauces, such as basil pesto, mushroom ragout, and many others.Prepare the meal, have fun with us, and feast on the fruits of your labor!Recipes will be provided to you after the class, ensuring that you can recreate Tuscan dishes at home as well.Your dietary needs are not a problem for us: our classes are also vegetarian, vegan, gluten and/or lactose-free upon request and with ingredients that are always local, fresh and in season.
